Whilst the pH balance in the body is regulated, our modern day diets tend to be acidic in nature which makes our body work harder in balancing our body pH level. Acidity in the body causes disease and therefore must be neutralized. Our water pH range 7.8 to 8.2 assists in reducing body Acid ensuring a balanced body pH level. Note that all of the healing waters across the world are found to be Alkaline and good Antioxidants which Hydrates the body more efficiently. Alkaline water can boost the immune system and reduce fatigue contributing to overall health benefits.

In recent years Selenium has been found to be an essential mineral in maintaining a strong immune system and in the regeneration of vitamins E & C. Se is a cholesterol regulator, an antioxidant, an anti aging promoter and vitality augmenter. Research has concluded that Se plays a major role in the prevention of a number of degenerative conditions, Inflammatory, Neurological and Cardiovascular diseases, Aging and Infections.

Vanadium (V)

Vanadium has only relatively recently become recognized as an essential nutrient and essential to our health. Found in some grains, meats, seafood and Dairy products. Studies have shown that V has the ability to lower blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, increase blood circulation and assist in regulating the Glucose sugars in the blood. Vanadium plays a role in the transfer of blood sugars to the Muscles and assists in increasing physical strength, increasing Energy levels as well as Improving Stamina and Vitality. It is also reported to play a significant role in Metabolism of Carbohydrates assisting in weight loss.

Silicon (Si)

Silicon is well known for it beautifying qualities assisting in keeping our Skin elasticated and smooth, our Hair Strong and Silky and our Nails good and strong. Si promotes anti aging, but also plays a vital role in the prevention of Cardiovascular diseases including heart attacks or strokes, insomnia and tuberculosis. Si is essential to keep our joints and tendons flexible and lubricated by allowing increases amounts of collagen and our Bones strong by increasing minerals such as Calcium to deposit. Research has proved that Silicon is a vital component in treating arthritis, cartilage problems, and many conditions where tissue repair and healing are needed.

Electrolytes are essential minerals that carry electrical charges, responsible for stimulating muscles, nerves and Brain in our body. Potassium, calcium, magnesium and Sodium regulate the amount of fluids throughout your body, which affect cellular function, blood volume and blood pressure. Whilst they all contribute to keeping the balance of fluid levels in the body.

Sodium (Na) is the major fluid regulator and plays also a key role in blood pressure regulation.

Potassium (Ka) – Ensures the Oxygen supply to the brain to keep it functioning and prevents strokes. Ka also stabilizes blood sugar levels and is key in the contraction and relaxation of muscles, maintaining optimum nerve and muscle functions. Ka plays a key role in the health of the heart and kidneys as it also assists in the regulation of fluids in the body.

Calcium (Ca) - Strengthens the bones, whilst protects our teeth and creates easy movement of nutrients across the cell membranes. Ca helps to maintain healthy pH levels, helps to regulate the nervous system and maintain the proper blood pressure in the arteries, whilst the cardiac muscles need extracellular calcium ions for contraction.

Magnesium (Mg) - Assists the movement of the blood sugar into your muscles and dispose of lactic acid which build up in muscles and cause pain. Whilst Mg increases energy levels, it relieves muscle aches and spasms, prevents headaches, calms the nerves and anxiety, aids insomnia and digestion.
